User Experience Design & Consulting

Designing for User Experience is about matching products to people rather than the other way around. It requires understanding people, their goals and tasks before coming up with possible solutions.

When considering design, we need to look at 3 key areas:
1. Behaviour: What do people want to do, what are their goals and tasks, 2. Cognition: How do they think while they are using the product. Consider the contexts that a product will be used is critical. For example, an mobile application may be used in noisy or unstable environments.
3. Emotion: How it looks and its aesthetic is essential when considering how enjoyable it will be to use.
